The Buyer Information Form is for obtaining information from you who would like to buy a home from us.  If you are interested please fill out the form and we will get back to you.  If we currently do not have a home that fits your needs, you are not ready to purchase, or you do not qualify, we will keep you in our database and continue to work with you until we solve what it takes to get you the home that you want.

Due to the time it takes to get information up on our web site it is very likely that we are not showing all that we have to offer on our web site.  If you are interested please fill out our Buyer Information Form, email or call us.

We highly recommend you go to our credit page so we can help you increase your credit score.  Even if you think your score is good you should pull your own score to see exactly where it is because raising your credit score will help reduce your monthly mortgage payments.  You could easily save $300 to $500 or more per month with a credit score of 680 to 750.

 

Viewing Homes

On our Buy A Home page you can view homes we are selling which include pictures and in some cases videos of the properties and the homes inside and out.  You are always welcome to drive by the home.  Actual showing of the homes are by appointment only.  Please do not disturb the occupants.
